Classes
Classes may be cancelled online up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
Reiki
Reiki appointments may be cancelled online up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Workshops
Workshops and seasonal events may be cancelled online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time when online cancellation is supported.
Private and group events
Private yoga, sound baths, and group/private events are inquiry-based in this MVP. Cancellation and travel-fee questions should be confirmed directly with the studio.
Payments and refunds
Review-payment reversals and future payment refunds are not automated in this MVP. Paid cancellation, student/teacher/medical ID verification discounts, and refund questions should be reviewed manually by the studio.
